Our Admissions Procedure

Halfway Nursery Infant School has a total PAN (limit) of 180 for children in Foundation Stage 2, year 1 and year 2. This equals a limit of 60 children per year group who are admitted each year for Foundation Stage 2, year 1 and year 2.

We always welcome visits to our school as we believe this is the only way for you and your children to get a really good feel for our school and all that we stand for. Please call the school office should you wish to arrange a visit and come and meet us, we are always happy to show you around our classrooms, and discuss our educational offer.

We also hold school tours during October and November each year for families who want to look around the school when considering their child's Foundation Stage 2 place. Please contact the school office for more information about these.

Should you have children both in Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, please contact both ourselves and Halfway Junior School, who will be able to arrange a visit around our Key Stage 2 site. 

Admissions and appeals for a place into Foundation Stage 2, Year 1 and Year 2 at Halfway Nursery Infant School are managed by the Admissions Team at Sheffield City Council.
